上周五在上海举办的以现场烹饪为特色的“饕餮厄瓜多尔”旨在向中国大众介绍厄瓜多尔高品质多样性的食材，例如巧克力、香蕉、虾和芒果；独特的世界级美食文化；以及为中国大众提供的美食之旅。

饕餮厄瓜多尔美食周活动由厄瓜多尔出口与投资促进局和厄瓜多尔驻沪总领事馆联合在上海外滩万达瑞华酒店举办。

活动现场除了厄瓜多尔驻沪总领事卡林纳KarinaMorales女士以及厄瓜多尔驻沪商务领事严海树SantiagoYánez精彩的发言以外，还请到了来自马德里的厄瓜多尔厨师JavierEndara。JavierEndara是美食融合大师，为了突出上述四种厄瓜多尔食材的特点和多样化的用途，他创造了一个特殊的菜单，用中国配料烹饪厄瓜多尔食材从而制作出令人垂涎的美味，例如“双面腌虾配四川辣椒芒果特色酱料”等。
